The house smells pretty awesome right now! Earlier today I made a dough for raisin bread that has risen, been place in pans, risen again and it's finally done baking. Just took the loaves out of the pans for cooling. Dough ready to rise for a couple of hours. Risen and ready to roll out to add cinnamon and suger. Forgot to get a picture of the rolled out dough but here it is in the pans. Baked and cooling Removed from the pans and fighting the urge to dive in and eat it up.

Beautiful Nate, job well done Big Guy! That is some really good bread making. Again you got a nice crust and a good crumb.
