What makes this Cajun Kielbasa? How about these dried Serrano Peppers from my garden. Spice blend is all put together. I think it it is to time to grind and stuff! What do you think Honey Bear? All done, got some nice looking sausage dere. Time to go in the fridge over night to make taste love. Test patty was very garlicky and spicy. I think I might enjoy this batch of sausage! -JimZ

My other food pyramid. Sausage all wrapped up in links. 1 1/2 pound link at the bottom to 3/4lb on top. Think I am going on a sausage diet! -JimZ
