Alright, I have come to a conclusion. I love to cook! Especially on a cool Sunday morning like we are having today. It's a dry 67* here neaer New Orleans and that's almost Winter weather around here. ;D There's nothing better than the smells of something cooking like the pot of white beans I'm cooking this morning. Of course it has a goodly amount of onions, celery, garlic, diced ham, a lil tasso and some andouille for good measure. All of these ingredients just make for some heavenly smells and Personally I love them. I do have to say that this is actually for a weeknight meal and maybe even for tomorrow because I don't know if I'll be able to hold out much longer than that. It helps that it reminds me of my childhood when my mom would be cooking away and making some fantastic meals that although I try extremely hard I don't think I will ever duplicate. Those will always be some of my favorite memories.

I love cooking on Sundays. Since the keg is such a fuel miser sometimes I fire it up for breakfast or lunch and just leave it burning all day long while I prep food and do other chores. Then come dinner time I just crank open the vents and go.
