Last Sunday I decided to make 100% whole wheat bread. I put oatmeal, milled flax seed, dill seed, mustard seed and chopped roasted almonds in the dough. Here are the almonds roasting n my well seasoned 8" cast iron pan Get those babies all chopped up I got this dough ball made before the start of the Saints game for a slow rise till half time It is half time. Time to gently shape into a loaf on the peal for another slow rise till the game ends Here it is out the oven to cool down for tomorrows breakfast toast and lunch This sliced up nice to go with my London Broil for brown bag lunch this week Very nice crumb -JimZ

Welcome to the forum wajl. How much experience do have in making bread. I have to recall how I made this loaf, as I experiment a little. I'll get it posted for you soon. Hope to see a lot of your posts soon ;D-JimZ
