Just a small batch, only one Boston Butt, but gotta have some fresh Kiebasa. Last Sunday's Happy Chore! Butt cut into strips and seasoned. Lots of fresh minced garlic in there. Ready for Mister Meat Grinder and Stuffer. Stuffing was pretty easy. Had no problems with clogging fat on the cutter heads. Sometimes you get a butt that makes for a little more work. I think these are some nice looking links. Time to put the pot in the fridge to make sausages happy over night, and let the seasonings and meat blend. Tied them up into 1lb. links +-, and into the ice box/freezer they went. Test patties were very good. Bringing a link tomorrow for a co worker to share, YUM, -JimZ
