The heat of SE Louisiana has put a stop to my garden dill plants. Got a lot of good seeds from the plants. Starter is 1cup AP flower, 1/2cup whole wheat flower, 1cup beer, and a pinch of yeast. Up in the walk in attic for warmth and live yeast to grow. Starter is looking nice and bubbly. To the starter I added the dill seed and dill weed from the garden. This recipe has been my go to recipe for making bread. Enjoyed making this dough ball, time for a rise. Got a lot of dill in dere. Two pretty proofed loaves waiting for the oven Yea baby! Came out just right. The crumb was nice and soft and the crust was chewy. Got to make "The Bread" next week -JimZ
