The starter was made with 1 cup AP flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat, all King Arthur, 1 cup beer. 24hrs latter, looking good. The liquid for the bread was whey from yogurt cheeze that I had made earlier Dough ball is made and ready for a good rise. Punched down and ready for a second rise. Things are looking good here. The joy of making bread. Loafs are shaped and ready for proofing Take Me To Your Oven, A Talking Heads song I think,LOL YUM! YUM!! YUM!! YUM, YUM, YUM!!!!! And all was good in the sammie land :DJimZ
