I just borrowed my Dad dehydrator to give this a try. Never did it before. Your looks great. Nice work.

I just borrowed my Dad dehydrator to give this a try. Never did it before. Your looks great. Nice work. Thanks Vindii, I dried it at 145°F for 7 hours and 1 hour at the end at 155° F. It was pretty cold in the garage so the first couple hours it would only get up to about 130° F. I cut the meat pretty thick even though I was aiming for a 1/4" some came out about 3/8"thick Good luck with yours, Wife says this is the best I have ever made. I'm gonna get some liquid smoke for next time.
